This year's Hotel & Catering Show will include appearances by top leading chefs including Brian Turner CBE and Cyrus Todiwala OBE. They will appear in the Cookery Theatre at the show to demonstrate the delights of cooking, with local and seasonal produce. Taking place on Tuesday 16 and Wednesday 17 March at the Bournemouth International Centre, the popular Cookery Theatre will be sponsored by Unilever Food Solutions, makers of Knorr Foods, and The Bournemouth and Poole College for the fourth consecutive year.
